Jewelry Spa HOT TUB Returns
At Jewelry
Spa HOT TUB, we believe your online shopping experience should be
intuitive and easy. Our goal is total satisfaction - that's why we make
returning your item as easy as possible! We will always refund the full
price of the item as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
Please just follow these simple instructions:
Request a Return Authorization (RA) number: We need this number to process your return. To obtain an RA number, see our super simple instructions below.
Ship your item to our Return Center (address listed below): The helpful Customer Service Associates at Jewelry Spa HOT TUB will get you the appropriate shipping labels.
What items are eligible for return?
Most of
Jewelry Spa HOT TUB’s items can be returned within 30 days of receiving
your item(s) as long as it's returned in unused condition and in its
original packaging. Sorry, we can't offer refunds on products that have
been opened and used. Additional restrictions may apply. Please contact
us for more information.
How do I return an eligible item?
The return process is easy:
Contact Jewelry Spa HOT TUB via email for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
Pack up the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging and attach the shipping label that we email you to the carton.
Follow the simple return instructions included with the RA.

How do I obtain an RA number?
A Return Authorization (RA) number can only be obtained by email. Please send an email request to returns@jewelryspahottub.com.
Can I use a shipping company or carrier of my choice to return an item?
Yes,
but you still must get an RA number from us before shipping. After you
receive your RA number, ship your item(s) back to our Return Center at
this address:

Please ship your return using a dependable carrier who can provide
tracking, insurance and proof of delivery in order to ensure that your
item is received in the best possible condition. Jewelry Spa HOT TUB is
not responsible for shipments lost during return shipping or damage
resulting from improper handling or improper packaging.
Please do
not send returns to any other address than the one provided; these
packages will be refused and may get lost, delaying your returned.
Jewelry Spa HOT TUB may decide that a refund can be issued without a
return. If this is the case, a Customer Service Associate will let you
know that you don't have to ship the item back for a refund.
Can I refuse a delivery?
No. Returns need to have
a Return Authorization (RA) number. Sorry, we can't issue refunds for
returns that don't follow our return procedure.
Does Jewelry Spa HOT TUB charge a restocking fee?
Yes.
15% if the item is returned in unused condition and in the original
packaging. However, if the item shows clear signs of use, we may deduct
up to 50%. Of course this doesn't apply if your item has been damaged or
is defective.
What are the return shipping costs?
The customer is not responsible for the return shipping costs.
How soon will I receive my refund after I've returned my item?
Please
allow 5 to 7 business days after your product has been delivered to our
Return Center for your refund to be processed. Remember that it may
take up to one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your
credit card statement. Refunds will only be issued via the payment
method used to make the original purchase (paypal, credit card etc).
What if I purchased the item through an Online Marketplace?
If
you purchased a Jewelry Spa HOT TUB item through an Online Marketplace
like Amazon.com, Sears.com, eBay, or NewEgg, Jewelry Spa HOT TUB's
Return Procedure still applies. Please understand that when an item is
returned to us, the refund can only be issued through the Online
Marketplace where the purchase was originally made.
I requested an RA, but have not received return instructions yet. What should I do?
Don't panic! Please simply email us again.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Unfortunately, we cannot do straight exchanges. Please follow the return procedure then email us to place a new order.
I received the item as a gift, can I return it for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit for returns. Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer.
What if I receive the incorrect item?
If
you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 10 days of
receiving the item. If you received an incorrect item as the result of a
Jewelry Spa HOT TUB error, you won't pay a cent toward return shipping
costs. Jewelry Spa HOT TUB will decide whether to replace a product or
offer a full refund.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In
the unlikely event that your order is missing parts, damaged or
defective, please email Jewelry Spa HOT TUB Customer Experience Center
within 10 days of receiving the item and we will send you a replacement
product or replacement parts at absolutely no cost to you.
