How It Works
Fill & Heat
For your first bath, add half of the 6 oz bottle of Jewelry Spa cleaning solution to the Smart Jar, then add warm tap water up to the fill line.
Place only the Smart Jar with the solution inside in the microwave. Do not microwave the Spin Swish, lid, jewelry, or any removable parts.
As a simple starting point, heat for 1 minute 30 seconds. If the Smart Jar has not turned white, continue heating in 30-second increments until it does. The color change is your visual indicator that the solution has reached the proper cleaning temperature.
Microwave wattages vary, so your exact heating time may be different. For the most precise timing, refer to the microwave wattage guide included on the product packaging and in your instruction manual.
Helpful Tip: If solution evaporates or spills, simply add tap water to the fill line and it's ready to use again.
Important: Never place jewelry in the microwave.
Spin & Clean
Place your jewelry into the Spin Swish basket and lower it into the heated cleaning solution.
Use the locking mechanism to keep the handle raised while positioning the basket. Once in place, unlock the handle and begin cleaning.
Pump the handle up and down while gently twisting for 30 to 60 seconds. The Spin Swish action circulates the heated solution around your jewelry to help loosen oils, lotions, soap residue, grime, and buildup in hard-to-reach areas.
When finished, lock the handle in the raised position, lift the Spin Swish out, and allow excess solution to drain back into the Smart Jar.
Helpful Tip: Only clean jewelry that fits comfortably inside the basket.

Rinse & Dry
Once your jewelry is finished cleaning, lift the Spin Swish from the Smart Jar and allow the excess solution to drain back into the jar.
Place the safety strainer securely in your sink drain before rinsing. This helps protect small jewelry pieces in case anything slips during the rinse.
Rinse your jewelry thoroughly with hot water to remove any remaining cleaning solution.
Pat your jewelry dry with a soft towel. For extra shine, you can optionally use the included Spit Shine polishing cloth after drying.
Once your jewelry is dry, it is ready to wear.
Helpful Tip: Always use the safety strainer before rinsing small jewelry pieces.

After cleaning, allow the Smart Jar and solution to cool completely, replace the lid, and save the bath for your next cleaning. Reheat the Smart Jar only when you are ready to use it again.
